Vineyards between 40 - 60 years old bush trained with natural drainage and an average yield of 3500 kg/ hectare. The vineyard is located in the most representative villages of the DO Calatayud with their characteristic gravel soils (colluvial rock with red clay).

Bush trained and dry-farmed vines between 80 and 100 years old, with an average yield of 1,500 kg/hectare and located up to 1,000 meters of altitude.
Here the air is dry, the terrain is unforgiving and shattered. Rock stretches as far as the eye can see.
It would seem that nothing could grow here.
Yet somehow, Garnacha vines thrive on the arid, rocky slopes of Calatayud, creating some of the world’s most distinctive wines.
This may be the greatest Discovery of my 25 years career!
